Welcome

What else are we known for?

Other than Pan de Sal, we are known to be the house of traditional baked Filipino baked goods and desserts. Recipes have dated back to the founder’s family in the 50’s and we continue to add new and appetizing Filipino delicacies. All baked goods are handmade from scratch with the best ingredients from local suppliers to give customers a taste of Filipino baked goodness. Every day, our bakers and cooks make the freshest quality sweets/ baked goods to be served on table.

Chicken Empanada

Hopya Baboy / Hopya Ube/Mongo

A traditional Filipino pastry filled with different types of beans, but mainly mung beans. Originally in the Philippines, Hopia is made with either flaky pastry or a sweet dough pastry.  At Valerio’s, we specialize in different variations of our handmade hopia. To name a few, we are known for our Hopia Monggo (yellow mung bean), Hopia Hapon (red beans), and Hopia Ube (Ube filling).

Turon

Banana Lumpia; made with plantains, jackfruit, and sugar-rolled and deep fried

Cheese Pimiento

(Bulilit or Loaf Size)

Our inhouse made cheese pimiento filling is sweet rather than spicy. We make an addicting combination red peppers and cheddar cheese to accompany our soft dough pastry.
